IBM JAPAN IN NISSAN VENTURE

IBM Japan has formed a joint venture with Nissan Motor Co to offer systems engineering services for Japanese motor manufacturers. The new company, Nissan Systems Development Ltd, will be capitalised at $1m, 65% from Nissan, 35% from IBM; it will be headquartered in Tokyo.
