IBM HAS FASTEST DYNAMIC MEMORY CHIP

IBM said at the International Solid State Circuits Conference that its researchers have made the world’s fastest dynamic memory chip. The IBM part has an access time of 20nS against a typical 60nS for the fastest dynamics currently available.
