IBM FRANCE-SESA VENTURE

In the US, IBM is going it alone in the large-scale systems integration business through its Federal Systems Division, but IBM France has taken on a partner – Cap Gemini Sogeti SA subsidiary Sesa SA. The as yet unnamed venture will be owned 51% by Sesa, 49% by IBM France SA.
