It goes on, IBM Corp’s very own Argentinian soap opera: first the scandal over alleged bribes paid by the company to win a $250m contract from state-owned Banco Nacion (CI No 2,733) and then alleged irregularities in contracts with the Argentine nat ional tax agency (CI No 2,939). Now the judge on the former case, Adolfo Bagnasco will question two executives in IBM’s US offices, Warren Surcouf and Ken Foley. IBM in the US has always denied knowledge of any irregularities but the judge received permission from US authorities to interview the two executives in the US.
