IBM DOC GETS REAL-TIME JAVA NOD

As expected, IBM Corp’s Dr Greg Bollella has been chosen as to lead the JSR-000001 Real-Time Extensions Specification project under Sun Microsystems Inc’s Java Community Process for extending Java’s specifications. Sun wants the group’s starting point to be the document written by its own Bill Foote in September 1998 and given to NIST’s real-time working group for discussion.
