The phrase size isn’t everything may work in a lot of cases, but not, it would seem, for computer monitors. Major vendors are having to offer rebates to millions of customers claiming to have been misled over the size of screens, in a class action ruling by a San Francisco Superior Court. The liable parties include IBM Corp, Compaq Computer Inc and Apple Computer Inc.
