IBM BOARD ELECTS NEW IBM VICE PRESIDENT

The IBM board has elected Lucie Fjeldstad an IBM vice president: she continues as assistant general manager of finance and planning for the IBM Personal Systems line of business, having joined the firm in 1968 as an associate systems analyst in Federal Systems Division.
