IBM UK has announced an new industrial systems integrator programme to provide information and training on its products in the industrial integration sector: these products include the AS/400, 6150, RS/6000, 9370, S88 processors, and 7552 models 540, 7561, and 7562; an approved industrial systems integrator undertakes to possess and maintain products for demonstration and development purposes, and the integrator may be approved for some or all the range; to be selected for training, a company has to demonstrate a two-year track record in the industrial sector, along with proven expertise in marketing, design and implementation of computer integrated industrial systems.
