IBM AND SK TO SIGN $1BN JOINT VENTURE DEAL

South Korean conglomerate SK group is reported to be negotiating a joint venture outsourcing deal with IBM that SK Group says could be worth up to $1bn over the next 10 years. The deal, which is expected to be signed by the end of the year, would provide IT consulting services to the SK group’s 15 subsidiaries.
