Helps organisations improve web presence

By CBR Staff Writer

IBM has unveiled Customer Experience Suite, a new software portfolio that helps organisations develop a dynamic web experience for consumers to navigate, interact, and personalise over the web and through mobile devices.

The new software features analytics, social networking, web content management, portal, mashups, and mobile capabilities.

IBM said that Customer Experience Suite helps organisations understand and influence visitors through customised, engaging experiences using blogs, chat forums, videos, and mobile functionality.

The new software also supports conversations with and between users through online communities and allows business owners to manage creation and delivery of content, rich media, campaigns, and surveys delivered through multiple channels.

IBM Collaboration Software general manager Alistair Rennie said that they are aligning the breadth of thecompany’s capabilities to help their customers embrace the Web as their primary channel for customer engagement.
