The deal is expected to create a diversified technology firm through which HyperSpace will market its software through MPC’s existing relationships and sales channels in an attempt to expand its product offerings.

MPC brings product lines and direct relationships with thousands of customers that will give our HyperWeb and HyperTunnel acceleration solutions immediate visibility in the government, education and enterprise sectors, said Mark Endry, CEO of HyperSpace.

Michael Adkins, CEO of MPC, said he hopes the possibility of a broader set of products will address the desire of technology-intensive organizations to conduct business with fewer vendors, in an effort to improve efficiencies and customer experiences.

MPC provides desktop and notebook computers, servers and storage technologies. It is thought that its operations will not be affected by the acquisition and will rather continue to operate under the MPC brand.
