HUSI Foods, an OSI Group subsidiary, has more than nine factories serving the rapidly growing fast food industry in China. The company worked with Take5 People, an authorized Quantrix reseller based in Hong Kong, to find a replacement for its traditional two-dimensional spreadsheet software to improve its financial modeling and analysis for its rapidly growing business in the Asian market.
Quantrix Modeler is a desktop quantitative modeling product that enables professionals to develop models in greater depth than traditional spreadsheet technology would allow, and from multiple perspectives while improving productivity, accuracy, and transparency.
HUSI found that Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software was not able to keep pace with its business operational requirements, and looked for a solution that was easy to modify, enabled its professionals to quickly and easily access useful data, and was scalable to accommodate its rapid growth.
