HP has upgraded its mini Netbooks family with three new models – HP Mini 110 XP edition, HP Mini 110 mobile internet edition designed for internet-centric consumers, and HP Mini 1101 for SMBs and business travelers.

The new models, which come with a built-in webcam, microphone and Intel Atom N270 or N280 processor, reportedly weigh about 2.33 pounds and measure just over 1-inch in thickness.

The Mini 110 Mi runs on Linux operating system and comes with applications that enable web browsing, email and online video from the Mi dashboard. It supports up to 2GB primary memory and up to 250GB of hard drive storage.

The HP Mini 1101 runs on a range of operating systems including Windows XP Home, XP Pro and Windows Vista. The Mini 1101 offers two optional batteries with a 3-cell or a 6-cell option.

The HP Mini 110 XP Edition and the Mini 110 with Mi are expected to be launched in the US on June 10 with a starting price of $329.99 and $279.99, respectively. The HP Mini 1101 is scheduled to be available on June 1st starting at $329.
