Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Tabblo was founded in 2005 and its core product is an online application for putting photos and words together with styled templates (which the company calls tabblos), generated by a template engine with an AJAX-enriched interface, which can be customized by the author.
Palo Alto, California-based HP said it plans to offer the Tabblo technology to website owners for them to embed it in order to provide a vastly improved web-based printing experience.
