HP has introduced an all-in-one workstation HP Z1, with a 27-inch white LED diagonal display that snaps open so users can swap out parts and make upgrades without any tools required.
The HP Z1features Intel Xeon processors, NVIDIA Quadro graphics and an ECC memory.
In addition, the new release features independent software vendor services, whisper-quiet acoustics, 178-degree viewing angle, an in-plane switching (IPS) panel and its display supports more than 1bn colours.
The new workstation enables users to choose from a variety of storage types, including 7.2K and 10K SATA, SSD, optional RAID configurations, removable drives (AMO), a multiformat media card reader and optical drives including a slot-load Blu-ray Writer.
HP Z1 includes a high-definition Webcam, HP Remote Graphics Software and HP Performance Advisor.
HP Commercial Solutions Business Unit vice-president and general manager Jim Zafarana said the HP Z1 sets a new industry standard for workstation design, performance and serviceability.
