HP unveils BPO analytics services

The new services will enable analytic professionals to help clients structure and run data-driven decision-making framework

By CBR Staff Writer

HP Enterprise Services has introduced new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) analytics services that claimed to support improvements in compliance and mitigation of risk.

The new services will enable HP BPO professionals to analyse structured and unstructured data using improved practices and methodologies to derive insights, facilitate decisions and define recommended actions for clients, the company claimed.

With the new analytics services, clients can gain enhanced business value, including discovering potential growth opportunities, enhancing the total customer experience, improving product quality and optimising enterprise cost structure.

HP Business Analytics Services will support clients with faster and better insights across a variety of functions such as marketing, sales, customers, supply chain, finance and human resources.

The services also leverage HP’s suite of Information Management and Analytics technology and applications offerings, enabling connected intelligence inside and outside the organisation to support growth.

HP analytics professionals can now leverage new innovations developed through HP Labs, as well as software from Vertica and Autonomy, both HP companies, to deliver insight from structured and unstructured data.

In addition, the analytics professionals help clients with several analytic activities to derive actionable insights that meet their industry-specific requirements within designated time frames.
