Perot Systems will provide resources from its healthcare solutions center, an organization to help providers realize measurable improvement from advanced clinical applications and process change. Perot says that the center will help Hospital Partners of America (HPA) achieve efficiency and return on investment for its clinical, financial, and web applications.
Perot Systems will support clinical workflow management and processes for numerous applications including McKesson’s Horizon clinicals through its center. The company also will manage various applications and data center operations for HPA.
Perot Systems can deliver a flexible IT environment that will allow us to minimize the risk of failed implementations, while continuously improving the tools physicians, nurses and other medical personnel use to provide quality care, said Teresa Crabtree, chief information officer of HPA.
Perot Systems now serves more than 570 hospitals with IT, clinical transformation and financial optimization services.
