HOSKYNS TO PAY UP TO UKP13.3m FOR INSIGHT FIRMS

Hoskyns Group Plc has agreed to pay up to UKP13.3m, mainly in new shares, to expand in the IBM Silverlake market ahead of the launch of the machine by buying Insight Database Systems Plc and two associated companies. The transaction will reduce a little Martin-Marietta’s majority stake in Hoskyns; details p5.
