As part of the agreement, Citigroup placed an initial order that will be delivered by Horizon this month. The customized LCD kits will cover several size applications. The kit includes an LCD screen, controller board, inverter, OSD board and all cables necessary to make field replacement of the existing CRT monitors fast and easy.
Horizon will provide Citigroup with design and engineering support that will include matching optical, mechanical and electrical requirements to display components then programming the controller board to optimize performance.
This agreement with Citigroup represents another milestone in a series of custom display wins Horizon has secured from some of the country’s largest OEMs and government organizations including Raytheon, General Motors, Boeing, NASA and Northrop Grumman.
