HORGAN SAYS NO NEGOTIATIONS WITH OTHER COMPANIES HAVE TAKEN PLACE

By CBR Staff Writer

Compsoft Plc chairman Nick Horgan has rejected national newspaper stories that he has had negotiations with other companies since the reverse takeover of Compsoft by Sagesoft Plc was blocked, at least temporarily, by the Stock Exchange; Sagesoft’s managing director David Goldman says that the deal was blocked at the last minute (CI No 734) because the Exchange changed its mind and insisted on a set of recently audited Sagesoft accounts whereas earlier it had indicated that the ones for the period to September 30 would be acceptable.
