HONEYWELL BULL SUES TSR INC

Honeywell Bull UK is suing TSR Inc, Hauppauge, New York over alleged copyright infringement of its Screenwrite programming language here in the UK, and Honeywell Bull Inc plans a similar suit in the US. TSR says it is convinced that this is a marketing driven action without merit, pointing out that everyone uses IBM’s RPG, PL/I and APL.
