HONEYWELL BULL PROTEST AGAINST AT&T WINNING US GOVERNMENT CONTRACT

You can’t win a $928m US government contract without one of the disappointed contenders protesting the award, and Honeywell Bull Inc is crying foul to the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals over AT&T Co’s winning of the US Air Force Unix small systems contract, saying that it bid $185m, 20%, lower than AT&T.
