HOLOGRAM PHONE CARDS DOING WELL IN JAPAN

A Leatherhead, Surrey-based company is cashing in the Japanese fetish for anything remotely collectable by supplying telephone cards with three dimensional colour depictions of scenes from the Japanese city of Osaka: hologram designer Light Impressions Europe Plc says the cards, which were commissioned by the Osaka tourist board in attempt to find hard-to-come-by promotional space, are selling like hot cakes despite being priced above their actual value as telephone cards.
