Hitachi New Media Products, based in Hayes, Middlesex has launched a UKP575 80Hz colour monitor that it claims brings the graphics performance of the IBM Personal System/2 to the old style Personal Computer and compatibles; the CM1474 is MDA, HDA, CGA and EGA compatible.
