Sinapsis is headquartered in Houston, Texas but has Mexican offices in Mexico City and Guadalajara. The company has helped a range of clients, including IBM Global Services and Microsoft, to set up captive operations in Mexico by providing services including recruitment, training, payroll processing, accounting support, and personnel administration. Sinapsis also offers a range of more traditional outsourcing services, including application development, systems integration, and software testing.

Sinapsis now forms part of Hildebrando’s wholly owned US subsidiary, Hildebrando Services Inc, which is also headquartered in Houston. Hildebrando’s services offering is focused around application development, systems integration, consulting, and security services.

Hildebrando’s move for Sinapsis comes in the same month that local rival Neoris looked to solidify its position in the Colombian IT services market with the acquisition of SAP integrator Hi-Tech Consultores. Another major Mexican player, Softtek, bought Chinese outsourcer IT United in August.
