Hexaware Technologies, a provider of IT & BPO services and consulting, has launched a new service offering – ERP Shared Services Support.
The company claims that new offering will provide 24×7 maintenance and support services for ERP applications including SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle E- Business Suite using consultants. In addition to a 100% utilisation of resources, this alternative delivery model will also provide demand based pricing flexibility, scalability of services and predictability of IT expenditure for the customers.
Hexaware will also offer its IP based services in the ERP space like data masking, customisation analysis, data migration services as value added top-up services.
Moorthi Chokkanathan, global head of enterprise solutions at Hexaware Technologies, said: Our ERP-Shared Services solutions will effectively address the need for savings ensuring a 20%-30% cost saving over and above the traditional offshore based support models.
