HEWLETT’s NEWWAVE IS LATE

Hewlett-Packard Co’s New Wave graphical interface has fallen about six months behind schedule, and will not now appear until next quarter. The hold-up is the need to implement improvements following feedback from 200 or so developers who have been evaluating it over several months.
