HEWLETT-PACKARD SHARES TO BE TRADED ON THE TOKYO SE

Hewlett-Packard Co has applied to have its shares listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where its 25-year-old Yokogawa-Hewlett Packard joint venture did $565m in 1987: its shares are presently traded only on the New York and Pacific exchanges.
