HealthEast Care System has selected Lawson Software’s Strategic Human Capital Management, including applications from the Lawson Talent Management and Human Resource Management suites. The enterprise software includes Lawson Compensation Management, Goal Management and Talent Acquisition applications as well as the Lawson Process Flow Integrator and Business Intelligence suites.
The system is expected to help the healthcare provider automate business and personnel processes and improve efficiencies, that would help reduce operating costs.
