DST Health Solutions is providing core claims administration processing services on its platform, Amisys Advance, which is designed to help health plans decrease claims turnaround time and improve claims accuracy.

According to DST Health Solutions, Amisys Advance helps health plans such as Health First Health Plans achieve higher auto-adjudication rates by simplifying administrative processes.

In addition, Health First Health Plans is utilizing DST Health Solutions to manage and support the integration of medical care management, medicare advantage and web portal applications and business processes.

DST Health Solutions’ full solutions suite is expected to help Health First Health Plans enhance member services and improve care quality. Amisys Advance enables Health First Health Plans to integrate claims administration with new solutions for medicare advantage, medical care management and member communications. The new web portal provides members and healthcare providers access to claims, eligibility, medical authorization and other benefit information.
