The initial investment is $10m (£6.6m) with potential further payments linked to results. Hays will have unique use of i2’s software solutions in Europe when offering ‘Fourth Party Solutions’ to its major international customers.
Argon Groupe, a French consultancy specialising in supply chain and customer relationship management, was acquired for a total cash consideration of FF68m (£6.5m). Both initiatives will place Hays at the forefront of the rapidly evolving European market for B2B Internet-enabled management of outsourced business processes.
