The Vision Chain technology platform will support the replenishment decisions surrounding the sale of Hasbro’s toys and games at retail chains in the US and internationally. Data from the retailers will be collected and integrated with internal product data, enabling more efficient monitoring of in-stock performance and store-orders by Hasbro supply managers.

The Vision Chain enterprise platform is designed to drive sales through better matching of inventory to retailer demand at each geographic location. Hasbro claim that managers will be able to identify exceptions at the store level earlier, and resolve them faster. Through access to one central data repository, they can compare actual sales to forecasts, and easily identify where consumer demand outpaces product flow.
