Under the terms of the contract, HealthTrio will provide Harvard Pilgrim with its Connect service and member portals, along with interactive health management tools.
Using the tools, HealthTrio says that healthcare providers can quickly receive clinical and financial information and handle transactions online at lower cost. The service also offers interactive tools such as an online health risk appraisal, enabling members to evaluate health risks and access their medical and medication histories.
