The agents in Delaware and Rhode Island can now access the portal, which was developed on service-oriented architecture and using Duck Creek’s policy administration platform.

The company is planning to extend accessHarleysville/PL service to other states, after the rollout of its accessHarleysville/CL for commercial lines. The new technology will provide the company with opportunities to expand its product offerings to various geographies.
