Tesco broadband services have been down in the UK for three hours the company confirmed.
The service was down from 12:00 BST and further information was not disclosed on whether all 75,000 customers were affected.
A customer service representative told the BBC that a managers meeting started at 14:00 BST, with no further comments being made.
This year Tesco has planned to sell its broadband business to TalkTalk. The company said the network problems were not related to the migration to Talk Talk and that it was in talks with its network operator Vodafone.
An investigation is currently underway to understand what went wrong, the firm said.
