HABA/ARRAYS ACQUIRES FRONTPAGE DESKTOP PUBLISHING SYSTEM

By CBR Staff Writer

Haba/Arrays Inc, Van Nuys, California, has acquired the Frontpage IBM-compatible desktop publishing system for an undisclosed amount of stock, and says that the acquisition was in lieu of a much delayed initial public offering of Studio Software, the originator of Frontpage, which has folded: Haba/Arrays now has all rights to the package as well as product inventories and plans to market the package immediately at $695, against the originally announced price of $1,295.
