Government systems integrator C3 Inc of Herndon, Virginia reports that a group of companies headed by Knoll Capital Management Limited Partnership has 952,000 shares in C3, or approximately 9.6% of the total for investment purposes and that future actions with respect to C3 may include proposing to the board of directors of the company an acquisition by affiliates of KCM, on a negotiated basis, of all or a controlling interest in the company: C3 representatives have agreed to meet with KCM in the near future to discuss their interest in C3, but stress that the talks may well not lead to C3’s acquisition.
