Under the terms of the agreement, GreenPoint Mortgage said it will utilize eLynx Web Posting Service (WPS) to enable secure electronic delivery and tracking of mission-critical loan data and documents. The transaction was made official in August 2004 and deployment completed three months later.
Mike Sutton, CIO of GreenPoint Mortgage, said the company chose eLynx to power its electronic document delivery for its ability to help closing agents get the right loan quickly, without incurring any additional costs. eLynx enables GreenPoint to maintain control over the document delivery process in a secure manner, he added.
