GRANADA PLC PLANS COMPUTER SERVICES DIVISION BUYOUT

Granada Group Plc, The UK media and hotels group, is to sell its computer services division to the company’s management for 90m pounds, the Observer reports. The division specialises in repair of computer systems and has contracts with several large UK companies including British Aerospace Plc. The buyout deal, backed by venture capital is worth more than the 70m pounds expected in the city.
