Google appoints CFO

Google has appointed former Sun Microsystems financial officer George Reyes as its first CFO. Analysts expect the move to pave the way for an eventual stock market flotation.

Despite plugging the final gap in its senior management team, Google has denied it is to shortly announce an IPO.
