Each person participating in the hangouts are also able to write or edit documents together. The new update will also allow more schools to join Google+ with access to the same features as businesses.
Previously, Google+ had only been available to certain higher education institutions.
"Like Google Apps, we think Google+ can help colleagues collaborate more easily and get things done," said Ronald Ho, Product Manager for Google Apps, in a blog post.
"Google+ hangouts in particular make it easy to hold face-to-face meetings with others from any device with a camera and internet connection. Starting this week, you’ll be able to invite up to 15 people to a hangout, compared to the previous 10-person limit."
Users can also schedule a hangout in their calendars’ or join one directly from Gmail.
The new feature will be rolling out to customers over the next few days.
