Syncs Exchange and Notes content to Android devices.

By CBR Staff Writer

Google has rolled out the invite-only Divide Productivity Preview, the first product since the acquisition of startup Divide in May.

Divide’s mobile device management platform enables the synching of Exchange and Notes content to Android devices.

Google said in a statement: "Divide Productivity Preview can only be used as part of the Android IT Preview Program. Divide Productivity Preview apps communicate with each other and apps deployed by IT."

"Divide Productivity Preview can be securely managed and configured by your IT organisation."

"You can extend the power of Divide Productivity Preview by downloading the Chrome secure browser and Docs, Sheets and Slides."

The mobile device management feature comprises a complete set of apps for business email, calendar, contacts, tasks and downloads to get jobs done with speed, simplicity and security.

The Divide Productivity Preview supports some productivity apps including Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Downloads.
