Goodmail Systems, the creator of CertifiedEmail, has entered into a partnership to embed TommiMedia’s instant video chat technology in emails sent using the Goodmail CertifiedEmail platform.
The companies said that the TommiMedia’s technology embedded in CertifiedEmail messages will enable marketers to include single-click access to sales representatives and support departments, allowing consumers to get more information in response to targeted marketing messages. It will also allow companies to include access to live webinars and webcasts in an emailed invitation.
TommiMedia has developed a single platform for delivering live online customer engagements anywhere on the web. The suite of applications includes video chat customer service, direct response sales and marketing, community text chats, and interactive multi-stream video webcasting.
Goodmail’s CertifiedEmail delivery platform sends email campaigns with a cryptographically secure token to assure recipients of the sender’s authenticity.
