GNi has unveiled a strategic partnership with NetEnrich to offer managed infrastructure, application monitoring and remediation services which allows IT teams to have visibility into application performance while focusing on strategic initiatives and cost reduction.
The company said that the new managed services range from basic monitoring of infrastructure resources to complete infrastructure and application management.
The GNi offerings include, CentralView Basic which provides monitoring of infrastructure resources, validation and filtering of alerts, and proactive issue escalation; CentralView Plus that monitors and filters alerts and remediates issues based on operating procedures; and CentralView Premium which helps to reduce IT total cost of ownership and adds trouble shooting and remediation with root-cause analysis and corrective action.
