Global Capacity, a telecommunications information and logistics company, has won a new contract to provide remote management services to Geckotech, a provider of VoIP services for businesses.
Under the terms of the three-year agreement, Global Capacity will provide around-the-clock management of Geckotech’s nationwide access network, identifying, isolating, and resolving errors and ensuring maximum uptime for Geckotech’s business-critical applications.
In addition, Global Capacity will provide acceptance testing and integration of new circuits onto Geckotech’s network, which is expected to double from its current 250 circuits within the first year of the agreement, the company said.
