The Dallas, Texas-based company has released G360 BPM Suite 9.4 that now hooks up to Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Info products and includes integration with Corticon Technology Inc’s business rules management system.

The Microsoft integration will enable users to work processes from familiar corporate desktop tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The integration with Corticon’s system is achieved via a centralized rules repository.

Global 360 is now owned by Boston-based private equity firm TA Associates who bought the company for $200m in April this year.

The company also develops business process applications for case and work management and offers information outsourcing services for document management and imaging,

Global 360 has around 100 customers including insurance companies, banks and government agencies.

TA also bought eSecLending Inc, an electronic auction-based securities lending management firm, in the same week that it acquired Global 360.
