Acquisitive French IT services company GFI Informatique announced yesterday that it is to transfer from the Second Marche of the Paris Stock Exchange to the main board following the completion of its second plan of development a year ahead of plan. The company hopes the move will raise 50 million Euros ($52m) before the end of the year and will improve the company’s liquidity to help fund further acquisitions in pursuit of its ambition to expand its operations into Africa and the US. GFI also announced that it is to bring subsidiaries CIM-GFI and CM-GFI under the control of group’s management.
