Geomagic Qualify 10 enables users to quickly detect and inspect geometrical features such as points, holes, slots, cones, cylinders, planes and spheres. The software automates feature creation and tasks such as calculating size, analyzing fit, comparing 2D and 3D features, and measuring point-to-point and feature-to-feature distances and angles.

Geomagic Qualify 10 supports 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista. The 64-bit edition of Geomagic Qualify 10 enables users to take advantage of the expanded memory capacity of 64-bit computer systems to process huge datasets generated by the newest generation of non-contact 3D scanners.

Sman Hansrisuk, a reverse engineering specialist at TurboCare, said: With the new hard probing features in Qualify 10, we can now align the part much faster and with confidence. We can also measure prismatic features with a probe just like in conventional capability maturity model. I have no doubts that the new features in Geomagic Qualify 10 will help us gain significant productivity.
