Genworth Financial upgrades to xPression

Genworth Financial is to implement Document Sciences Corporation's xPression content processing services technology, an open, component-based architecture that provides real-time document creation and delivery.

By CBR Staff Writer

Genworth Financial currently uses Document Sciences’ Autograph solutions, but decided to upgrade to xPression to allow its customers to gain the added benefits of this system.

Our continued utilization of Document Sciences’ technology supports our customer experience evolution, stated Scott McKay, Genworth CIO.

xPression integrates with the insurer’s front and back office administration systems and uses business rules to pull pertinent data and content from anywhere in the enterprise, for automated assembly of policies, proposals, correspondence and other customer communications in high-volume. These documents can then be delivered in real-time to policyholders, agents and brokers through print or electronic channels.

Jack McGannon, president/CEO of Document Sciences Corp, added: As real-time communication and services-oriented architectures become de facto standards within the insurance industry, our long-term customers have found xPression and its content processing capabilities to be an important part of their IT strategies.
