Genpact has reported revenue of $341.5m for the fourth quarter of 2010, up 15% compared to $296.9m from a year earlier quarter.
The company posted an operating income of $59.9m for the fourth quarter of 2010, compared to $46.3m for the same quarter previous year.
For the quarter ended 31 December 2010, the net income attributable to its shareholders was $46m, compared to $34.6m in the fourth quarter of 2009.
The adjusted diluted earnings per share increased to $0.23 from $0.19 in the same period last year.
For the fiscal year 2010, the company’s revenues were $1.26bn, an increase of 12.4% compared to $1.12bn for the third quarter of 2009.
Revenues from services related party increased to $479m from $451m, and revenue from other services increased to $779.7m from $668.7m.
Net income for the fiscal year 2010 increased to $149m from $135m for the same period last year and diluted earnings per share increased to $0.63 from $0.58.
Genpact president and CEO Pramod Bhasin said in 2010, the company grew revenues, adjusted income from operations, net income, earnings per share and cash flows and increased their business with existing clients and continued to expand the pipeline.
